New Summit Rehabilitation and Healthcare provides a fresh, new approach to rehabilitation services.  Unlike many Post-Acute Rehabilitation facilities, the focus of treatment at New Summit Rehabilitation and Healthcare is heavily rehabilitation based, with a focus on the individual person as a whole to deliver the best possible outcome.  Our therapy staff is not out-sourced; we have our own in-house therapy team, which allows greater ability to train the staff to provide the type of care that is uniquely necessary for the rehabilitation of each individual.  Additionally, our low nurse to patient ratio allows us to provide more attention to individual patient care needs than the typical Post-Acute Facility.  The New Summit advantage is our board-certified Physicians have direct involvement and oversight into each patient’s specialized Care Path, as we as all of our supportive programming. Our highly trained and developed Care Team allows us to care for individuals with conditions that are often too challenging for the average skilled nursing facility with greater confidence as well as improved clinical outcomes.
